Gate Launches Q4 2025 Report: Spot and Derivatives Businesses Maintain Industry-Leading Advantages in the Month

Odaily News: Cryptocurrency trading platform Gate has officially released its Q4 2025 report, showcasing a continued growth trend at the end of last year. According to multiple monthly reports from CoinDesk, Gate emerged as one of the centralized exchanges with strong growth momentum in the fourth quarter, with both its spot and derivatives businesses maintaining industry-leading advantages during the month. Gate's global spot market share rose to 6.04% in October, reaching a new historical high and ranking second globally. In the derivatives sector, Gate's market share continued to climb throughout Q4, increasing to 11% in December. The cumulative annual growth reached 9.32%, placing Gate first in growth rate among all centralized exchanges. By the end of the quarter, the platform's registered user base approached 50 million, with over 4,300 listed assets. The App v8.0 version was upgraded in December, further optimizing the multi-scenario trading and asset management experience.

Focusing on its core products and ecosystem mechanisms, Gate continued its efforts in sections such as Launchpool, Launchpad, HODLer Airdrop, and CandyDrop, with multiple metrics for the quarter reaching new periodic highs. The core scale and active indicators of its Earn product continued to rise, with quarterly subscription amounts exceeding $11 billion. In on-chain trading, Gate Perp DEX officially entered the scaled trading phase, with its first full quarter's on-chain trading volume surpassing $10 billion. Regarding security and compliance, Gate's total reserve value in Q4 reached $11.676 billion, with a total reserve ratio of 124%. Gate Technology Ltd, a Maltese company under Gate Group, obtained a MiCA license issued by the Malta Financial Services Authority (MFSA), and Gate's Australian site officially launched operations. Gate also connected with the global community through offline events, serving as the title sponsor for the Token of Love music festival in Singapore. It also hosted multiple high-profile brand events and VVIP dinners at key moments such as TOKEN2049 and the F1 Singapore Grand Prix. Centered on product evolution and experience upgrades, Gate's Web3 strategy is gradually translating into tangible user value.
