Jupiter announces its 2026 Jupuary airdrop plan: a total of 700 million JUP, with a snapshot at the end of January next year.

Odaily Planet Daily reports that Jupiter has released details of its upcoming Jupiter airdrop program for 2026. The total allocation for this quarter remains at 700 million JUP, as follows:

1. Initially, only 200 million JUP will be allocated, of which 25 million JUP will be allocated to stakers and 175 million JUP will be allocated to users;

2. User segment: Only interactions that have incurred transaction fees are eligible to participate, such as Ultra and Perps.

3. A reward pool of 200 million JUP tokens has been reserved. If these tokens remain staked, users will receive an airdrop before the next conference in 2027.

4. The remaining 300 million JUP will be reserved for Jupnet.

5. The snapshot date is set to January 30, 2026.

Odaily Note: Jupiter mentioned at the time of JUP's inception that 4 billion JUP would be airdropped through four rounds of Jupuary events. The first Jupuary in 2024 airdropped 1 billion JUP; subsequently, the remaining 3 billion JUP airdrop pool shrank to 2.1 billion JUP as 30% of the total JUP supply was burned; the second Jupuary in 2025 airdropped another 700 million JUP; currently, 1.4 billion JUP remain for future Jupuary airdrops.
