A whale panic-sold 1,000 ETH again

According to Lookonchain, a whale tagged with a "buy high, sell low" strategy panic-sold another 1,000 ETH worth $4.19 million an hour ago. Over the past two months, this whale has consistently bought ETH at high prices and sold it at lows.
