According to Odaily Planet Daily, OpenAI announced it will invest $100 billion in backup servers to drive AI breakthroughs. This isn't the first time the company has had to temporarily limit these features due to a surge in usage. Chief Financial Officer Sarah Friar told investors at a Goldman Sachs conference last week that the company has been forced to periodically delay the release of new features or AI models, or deliberately slow down some products, due to insufficient computing power.
