According to Odaily Planet Daily, Ethereum co-founder and ConsenSys CEO Joseph Lubin stated that Wall Street will be widely involved in Ethereum staking, validating nodes, and L2/L3 development, and will gradually operate traditional financial businesses, such as DeFi and smart contract applications, on a decentralized platform. He pointed out that the idea that L2 will cannibalize L1 will be refuted, as can be seen in the Linea and Proof of Burn models. Lubin believes that ETH's price could increase 100-fold or more in the future, ultimately surpassing BTC's monetary base. He also mentioned that he shares similar views with Tom Lee, but believes that the latter's expectations for Ethereum's growth are still not optimistic enough.
