According to Odaily Planet Daily, Nasdaq-listed TON treasury company Verb Technology Company announced plans to officially change its name from "Verb Technology Company, Inc." to "TON Strategy Company" on September 2nd. The company will also change its Nasdaq stock ticker symbol from "VERB" to "TONX." It will trade under the ticker symbol "TONX" on the Nasdaq Capital Market after the market opens on September 2nd.
