Nano Labs Ltd (NASDAQ: NA) announced that its Chairman and CEO, Mr. Jianping Kong, increased his holdings by 480,000 Class A common shares in August through open market transactions using personal funds.

Previously, Kong Jianping had made two share purchases in May and September 2024. This transaction strictly followed the company's internal trading policy and fully complied with all applicable laws and regulations.
