Tembo, a subsidiary of XRP treasury firm VivoPower, receives strategic investment from Energi Holdings at a valuation of $200 million

According to Odaily Planet Daily, Nasdaq-listed XRP treasury company VivoPower International PLC announced that it has reached an agreement with Energi Holdings Limited for the latter to make a PIPE investment in its subsidiary Tembo at a valuation of $200 million. Upon completion of the transaction, the latter will acquire a 51% stake in the company. The transaction is still subject to review by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. (Globe Newswire)
