Solana CEO evaded Pump Fun lawsuit document delivery nine times

Solana CEO Anatoly Yakovenko has repeatedly avoided serving documents in the Pump Fun lawsuit. Burwick Law and Wolf Popper filed lawsuits against Solana Labs, Jito Labs, and several of their executives, accusing them of operating a fraudulent casino project.

The law firm stated that three attempts to deliver the documents to Yakovenko’s San Francisco residence were unsuccessful. Additionally, several executives, including Solana co-founder Raj Gokal and Solana Foundation Chair Lily Liu, also failed to receive the lawsuit documents. (Protos)
