According to Odaily Planet Daily, Sheetz, a US convenience store chain valued at $6.2 billion and with 700 stores across the US, has announced that it will begin accepting Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies as payment and will offer a 50% discount daily to customers who purchase using cryptocurrencies.

Fast food chain Steak 'n Shake previously accepted Bitcoin payments in all its US stores starting May 16. Its chief operating officer stated that same-store sales increased by 10.7% in the second quarter after adopting Bitcoin payments. (Deepnewz)
