The people said Trump disclosed the plan during a call with European leaders on Wednesday. The meeting will be limited to the three leaders of the United States, Russia, and Ukraine and will not include representatives from any European countries. The people familiar with the matter said that European leaders appear to have accepted Trump's proposal. It is unclear whether Putin or Zelensky have agreed to Trump's plan.
