According to Odaily, Metaplanet, a Japanese listed company, announced it has increased its Bitcoin holdings, purchasing 463 Bitcoins at approximately $115,895 per coin, bringing its total investment to approximately $53.7 million. As of August 4, 2025, Metaplanet held a total of 17,595 Bitcoins, with a cumulative purchase value of approximately $1.78 billion and an average purchase cost of $101,422 per coin. The company's Bitcoin investment has generated a 459.2% return since the beginning of 2025.
