Bitmine increases its market share offering to $4.5 billion to increase Ethereum holdings

Odaily News Bitmine Immersion (BMNR) has increased the size of its "at-the-market" (ATM) plan from $2 billion to $4.5 billion. The company submitted a prospectus supplement to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on July 24, authorizing the continued sale of common stock in the open market through two brokerages, Cantor Fitzgerald and ThinkEquity. This additional issuance provides financial support for the company to further increase its holdings of ETH and expand its asset reserves.
As previously reported, Bitmine updated its ETH holdings. As of 11:59 p.m. EST on July 23, 2025 (11:59 a.m. Beijing time today), Bitmine held a total of 566,776 ETH, worth more than $2 billion.
