Ondo Finance to Acquire SEC-Regulated Broker Oasis Pro

Odaily News Ondo Finance will acquire Oasis Pro, a broker regulated by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), to promote the development of the U.S. tokenized stock market. The transaction is subject to regulatory approval, at which time Ondo will obtain licenses to operate broker-dealers, ATSs and digital securities transfer agents in the United States. (CoinDesk)
