FTX creditor representative: Chinese users may lose their right to claim compensation

Odaily News Sunil, a representative of FTX creditors, posted on the X platform that FTX is seeking legal advice to distribute to restricted foreign jurisdictions. However, if it is determined that the user belongs to a restricted foreign jurisdiction, the claim will be disputed, and if the issue is not resolved, (the user) will lose the right to distribute. Sunil said that 5% of the claims involve restricted countries and 82% of the claimed funds belong to Chinese users.
