Odaily News Texas has officially allocated $10 million to purchase Bitcoin, becoming the first state to set up an official Bitcoin reserve and actually allocate funds. The relevant reserves will be managed independently of state finances, and according to the supporting bill HB4488, the Bitcoin held shall not be included in general fiscal revenue.
