城堡证券:态势感知基金投资组合中逾80%总体风险已通过大宗交易剥离
Odaily Planet Daily News: In a letter to clients on Friday, Citadel Securities founder Ken Griffin responded to the company's acquisition of assets from Leopold's Situational Awareness fund. According to a letter obtained by CNBC, Griffin told clients that Citadel Securities had unwound over 80% of the total risk from the purchased portfolio through more than 100 block trades (with a market value exceeding $4 billion).
"A transaction of this scale would not have been possible without the collaborative efforts of the trading and prime brokerage teams at the banks serving both firms," Griffin wrote in the letter. "I am deeply grateful for their focused efforts in swiftly completing the portfolio transfer." Griffin also confirmed that the firm's flagship multi-strategy fund, Wellington, posted a 5.94% return in July, which CNBC previously reported as the fund's best monthly performance since 2022. (FT)
