Solana co-founder Raj Gokal's personal information was leaked, suspected to be because Migos Instagram account was controlled by hackers
Odaily News Several personally identifiable information of Solana co-founder and Solana Labs President Raj Gokal was posted on the official Instagram page of American rap group Migos on the evening of May 27, presumably due to a hack of the account.
The account has more than 13 million followers. The attacker posted 7 pictures on the platform in succession, including selfies of Gokal with his passport and driver's license. Some of the pictures also included photos of what appear to be his wife's ID cards. In addition, there were screenshots containing private information such as phone numbers. The hacker encouraged users to "harass" Gokal and left a message saying "You should have paid the 40 BTC," which seemed to imply that the incident involved attempted blackmail.
The hacker also included a Telegram group chat link, and the relevant post was not removed for more than an hour after it was published. As of 12:12 am on May 28, the relevant content has been deleted. Solana Labs has not yet made a public response to the incident.
