The attackers forged Zoom conference links and combined deepfake technology to create realistic video conference scenes to induce the targets to download malware. Once the target device is successfully controlled, the attackers may steal cryptocurrency assets or related cloud platform permissions. Users are advised to verify whether the conference link comes from the official domain name (zoom.com or zoom.us) to avoid being deceived.
