Bitcoin Core may remove OP_RETURN 80-byte limit in next upgrade

It stated that the 80-byte upper limit of OP_RETURN is no longer suitable for current needs, and many private mining accelerators no longer enforce these restrictions, which will also form a distorted incentive mechanism.
