Thumzup files S-3 registration statement with SEC, plans to raise up to $500 million through securities offering

Odaily News Thumzup Media Corporation submitted an amended S-3 registration statement to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), increasing the total amount of securities to be issued from the previous $200 million to a maximum of $500 million. The company intends to issue common stock, warrants, units or equity certificates from time to time through this mechanism, and the funds raised will be used for general corporate purposes, including the purchase of Bitcoin as the main reserve asset and daily working capital arrangements.
