The report reflects some of the early effects of President Trump's erratic introduction of sweeping tariffs aimed at reshaping global trade. "Uncertainty about international trade policy is pervasive in the report. The outlook for several districts deteriorated significantly as economic uncertainty, particularly around tariffs, rose."
