Coinbase CLO: Alabama drops enforcement action against Coinbase

Odaily News Paul Grewal, Chief Legal Officer at Coinbase, said on X Platform: “We are halfway there: Alabama just dropped its enforcement action against Coinbase — in just two months, the number of states filing these types of wrongful collateral lawsuits has been cut in half. Five states are still choosing to waste taxpayer resources filing lawsuits, and four of those states have also banned staking on Coinbase, depriving consumers of the right to profit on the platform of their choice.”
