El Salvador's National Digital Asset Commission and others submit cross-border regulatory sandbox cooperation proposal to the US SEC

Odaily News According to the meeting memorandum of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) Crypto Asset Task Force issued on April 22, 2025, Perkin Law Firm, the National Digital Asset Commission of El Salvador (CNAD) and former Goldman Sachs partner Heather Shemilt submitted a cross-border regulatory sandbox cooperation proposal to the SEC to promote regulatory innovation in the field of digital assets. The proposal provides the SEC with an opportunity to work with international regulators to support the development and optimization of the U.S. digital asset regulatory framework with actual data.
