Bybit CEO: Exchange AI use cases disclosed, providing 3 major customer tools and 6 internal use cases

Odaily News Bybit CEO Ben Zhou posted on X platform, “Taking Bybit and its clients as examples, specific cases of crypto exchanges and AI integration include:
1. CryptoLens: AI-driven all-round in-depth analysis, which makes it easy for users to understand any project they want to learn about. It can provide analysis of communities, fundamentals, social trends, token economics, etc. It is almost a one-stop tool;
2. Tradegpt: An AI agent trained on the Bybit database that can provide users with some technical analysis of prices, quick access to Bybit platform tools, etc.
3. AI Support Agents. Bybit now has fully integrated AI support agents to help our customer support team answer customer questions directly. I don’t believe AI agents can replace humans because many customers just want to talk to a human, especially when filing a complaint, there are a lot of emotional factors that robots can’t handle. The key to making AI agents smarter is to provide them with the right access and security verification tools to be able to answer these questions.
In addition, the AI tools used by Bybit internally include:
AItest - Testing and quality control teams use AI for instance testing;
AITranslation-The translation team makes extensive use of AI to help with translation;
AiWiki - Internal training Byseek system, Bybit internal wiki;
OSOP - internal operations project management platform to manage all activities and product offerings;
AiLegal - helps legal teams draft legal templates to handle master loan agreements, borrowings, etc.
Aicoding - Helps teams write code at a foundational level. ”
