Circle Files S-1 for Listing on NYSE with CRCL

Odaily News Circle has filed an S-1 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) for an initial public offering (IPO) under the ticker symbol “CRCL” and is expected to be listed on the New York Stock Exchange. The IPO pricing range has not yet been announced.
