Odaily News Days after South Carolina dropped its staking lawsuit against cryptocurrency exchange Coinbase, Kentucky became the third state after Vermont to drop such a lawsuit. Kentucky financial regulators filed a joint dismissal complaint on Monday, officially ending the legal action against Coinbase's staking service. Previously, the service was accused of violating state securities laws. "Congress needs to pass a federal market structure law as soon as possible to end this litigation-driven, state-by-state regulatory approach," said Paul Grewal, Coinbase's chief legal officer, on the X platform.
