Lekker Capital founder: BTC may fall to $50,000 by the end of the year, Trump's policies may increase economic resistance
Odaily News In an interview with CoinDesk, Quinn Thompson, founder of Lekker Capital and crypto hedge fund manager, said that he expects Bitcoin to fall back to the $50,000 range ($50,000-59,999) by the end of this year, a correction of about 50% from its previous high of over $109,000.
He pointed out that the Trump administration's policies may have a negative impact on the US economy in the next 6 to 9 months, and risky assets such as stocks and cryptocurrencies may be under pressure. He described the current policy as "controlled burning", which is intended to clear risks, but there is also the possibility of evolving into a "forest fire". Thompson believes that the crypto market is unlikely to perform well in the current macro environment. (CoinDesk)
