Trump family takes majority stake in World Liberty through new holding company

Odaily News The Trump family has taken control of at least 60% of the shares of the DeFi project World Liberty Financial through its holding company WLF Holdco LLC, replacing the two co-founders as the controlling party.
World Liberty recently completed the second round of WLFI token sales, with a total financing of US$550 million, of which the Trump family can receive up to 75% of the net proceeds from token sales and 60% of the agreement income. In the future, a lending market and stablecoin USD1 will be launched. (The Block)
