Odaily News Vitalik Buterin emphasized Ethereum’s core goal at the Based Rollup Summit that opened at EthSan Francisco last week: “I personally think that the goal of Ethereum has never been unclear. The goal has always been very clear, but I would like to reiterate it again. The goal of Ethereum is to attract a large number of users, especially to allow them to truly benefit from features such as openness, censorship resistance, and security.”
In addition, he also painted an optimistic outlook for the development of Ethereum, which is to improve past ICOs, DAOs, RAWs, and social layers and minimize their shortcomings. Vitalik said, "Let's advance all these innovations, let Ethereum carry it all, and use the 10,000 transactions per second (TPS) brought by teams like Taiko to make it a reality."
