Odaily News JPMorgan Chase believes that due to congressional obstruction, the probability of the U.S. Strategic Crypto Reserve being approved is less than 50%. In addition to concerns about risk and volatility, it will be particularly challenging to include XRP, SOL and ADA in such a reserve. Nikolaos Panigirtzoglou, managing director of global market strategy at JPMorgan Chase, said: "We believe that approval of the U.S. Strategic Crypto Reserve is not the most likely scenario (assuming congressional approval is required). Therefore, we believe that the probability is less than 50%. If the U.S. Strategic Crypto Reserve is eventually approved, it will be difficult to include smaller tokens other than Bitcoin and Ethereum, because the inclusion of such tokens will raise more concerns about risk and volatility."
