The 205th Ethereum ACDE meeting: Pectra upgrade is expected to be launched on the mainnet on April 8

1. Pectra upgrade schedule: Holesky and Sepolia testnets are scheduled to be upgraded on February 24 and March 5 respectively. If the testnets go smoothly, the mainnet will be upgraded on April 8;

2. Fusaka Upgrade Plan: Discussions were held to speed up the Ethereum upgrade process. Tim Beiko finally decided to lock the Fusaka range on April 10.

3. EOF Update: There is debate over whether EOF should be implemented with PeerDAS and whether it should be included in Fusaka; EOF stands for EVM Object Format, which makes some changes to Ethereum's code execution environment.
