In short: the former SEC leadership only scratched the surface to find documents that were not disclosed to the public in the ETH 2.0 investigation, while they made a big effort in regulation through subpoenas and lawsuits. We seek the U.S. SEC to conduct a full investigation immediately and provide the required documents.”
