The fund includes four major development programs, including a $50 million remote workforce housing program and provides $150 million in near-term capital expansion opportunities. This is followed by a $165 million industrial project early development fund and a $180 million reverse osmosis desalination plant fund focused on delivering large industrial complexes in Texas.
