The country usually buys one Bitcoin per day as part of its Bitcoin strategic reserve plan, but has been accelerating its purchases of BTC. El Salvador currently owns a total of 6,055 BTC, worth more than $612 million, and has purchased more than 50 BTC in the past 30 days alone. (Cointelegraph)
