Bitwise applies to Delaware for registration of Dogecoin ETF

Odaily News According to the official website of the Delaware Department of State, Bitwise has submitted documents to Delaware to apply for registration of the Bitwise Dogecoin ETF. The creation date is January 22, 2025, and the registered agent is CSC DELAWARE TRUST COMPANY.
James Seyffart, Bloomberg ETF analyst, said: "Please note that this is just a trust registration and is still not a formal ETF filing with the SEC. At least not yet."
