Bloomberg: Binance and Ripple are the US SEC's pending crypto enforcement cases that the Trump team is focusing on

Odaily News Earlier, there were reports that the Trump team was reviewing some pending crypto enforcement cases of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), and was expected to comprehensively reform crypto policies, which might freeze some lawsuits that did not involve fraud charges. According to Bloomberg, officials are still discussing whether to include a directive requiring all government agencies to review policies on digital assets and possibly suspend any lawsuits involving cryptocurrencies, among which stopping legal actions against companies ranging from Binance Holdings Ltd., the world's largest cryptocurrency exchange, to startup Ripple Labs Inc., is the industry's top priority.
However, people familiar with the matter warned that the executive order, which could be issued as early as next Monday, has not yet been finalized and may be modified before it is made public. As of now, Trump's representatives did not immediately respond to requests for comment. (Bloomberg)
