Robinhood plans to acquire custody and portfolio management platform TradePMR for $300 million

Odaily News Robinhood Markets Inc. plans to acquire custody and portfolio management platform TradePMR for $300 million. The two parties have basically reached an agreement and are expected to be completed in the first half of next year. Through this acquisition, TradePMR's registered investment advisors will be able to reach Robinhood's customers, and these customers will be able to easily connect with registered investment advisors (RIA).
