Odaily News Dennis Porter, co-founder of Satoshi Action Fund, said on the X platform that the Pennsylvania "Strategic Bitcoin Reserve" bill was officially published on the Pennsylvania website (HB2664). Earlier, the Pennsylvania House of Representatives submitted a legislative proposal that would allow the state to include Bitcoin (BTC) as a reserve asset on its balance sheet.
