Bitcoin L2 project BOB joins Optimism superchain

Odaily News Bitcoin L2 project BOB integrates with the super chain ecosystem built on the Optimism OP Stack. BOB will receive about $870,000 in funding from the Optimism Foundation. BOB calls itself a "hybrid Layer2" network, built on Bitcoin but compatible with Ethereum. Its goal is to build a bridge between itself and Layer1 blockchains such as Ethereum, with the ultimate goal of making Bitcoin a decentralized finance (DeFi) center. (CoinDesk)
