NYSE submits 8.800-E rule change and Grayscale Digital Large Cap Fund listing application to SEC

Odaily News NYSE Arca has filed an application with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) to adopt new Rule 8.800-E, which will allow the listing and trading of commodity- and digital asset-based investment products. At the same time, the exchange also specifically proposed to list and trade shares of Grayscale Digital Large Cap Fund under this new rule.
