Bitrue registers as virtual asset service provider in Lithuania to expand EU business

Odaily News The Lithuanian branch of Singapore-based cryptocurrency exchange Bitrue has been approved as a local virtual asset service provider, allowing the company to offer cryptocurrency exchange and custodial wallet services. The registration was granted by the Lithuanian Financial Crime Investigation Bureau. To achieve its long-term goals, Bitrue is also seeking to obtain a MiCA crypto asset service provider license to expand its services throughout the EU and European Economic Area under the new regulatory framework.
