Craig Wright to file lawsuit against Bitcoin Core and Square without legal representation

Odaily News Craig Wright appears to be acting as his own legal representative in the latest lawsuit against Bitcoin Core and Jack Dorsey's payment company Square. Bitmex Research pointed out that the UK High Court case tracking shows that Wright recently filed a lawsuit as a "party", indicating that he may file the lawsuit himself without legal representation. Although the lawsuit specifically named Bitcoin Core and Square Up Europe Ltd., the software used to distribute Bitcoin, the case tracking page does not specify the purpose of the lawsuit. Wright recently published an article on X about MicroStrategy's lawsuit and legal threats, but it is unclear whether this is related to the lawsuit. He is trying to file three legal appeals in the UK, but all are awaiting approval. Two of them are against the Crypto Open Patent Alliance (COPA) and one is against Peter McCormack. COPA's legal representative company Bird & Bird previously stated that it was "convinced that there was no proper basis for appeal." (Protos)
