Gary Gensler: BNY Mellon’s digital asset custody model can be expanded beyond Bitcoin and Ethereum ETFs

Odaily News U.S. SEC Chairman Gary Gensler recently said that the structure that Bank of New York Mellon uses to provide custody services for digital assets may be used in addition to the Bitcoin and Ethereum ETFs that the bank is considering. He pointed out that "the structure itself does not depend on what the cryptocurrency is. It doesn't matter." (Bloomberg)
