Binance Regional Director: CZ still owns about 90% of Binance shares, but no longer participates in any decision-making

Odaily News Richard Teng, current CEO of Binance, said at the Korea Blockchain Week held in Seoul, South Korea earlier this month: "Compared to when CZ was the CEO, Binance's company structure is completely different now. It is a board-led structure. Of course, CZ retains his shareholder rights as a shareholder, but in my daily work, I will work closely with the board to formulate our global strategy." Vishal Sacheendran, current regional head of Binance, said in an interview with The Block earlier: "CZ will not participate in any decision-making of Binance.
