Several US Democratic lawmakers held a private roundtable meeting with crypto industry executives to discuss Bitcoin-related issues

Odaily News Fox Business reporter Eleanor Terrett disclosed on X that on Wednesday afternoon, the crypto industry organization The Digital Chamber and the office of U.S. Congressman Wiley Nickel hosted a policy-focused private roundtable specifically to discuss Bitcoin. The meeting was held for House Democrats who are interested in learning more about Bitcoin and how to legislate. Attendees: Eight Democratic House members (names not disclosed) and executives from Riot Platforms, Baker Mckenzie, Auradine, TeraWulf, Sustainable BTC and CleanSpark. Topics discussed included using BTC to achieve financial inclusion, mining and energy sustainability.
