Odaily News Morgan Stanley stated in a filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) that as of June 30, it held 5.5 million shares of BlackRock's spot Bitcoin ETF. Morgan Stanley is currently one of the top five holders of BlackRock's Bitcoin ETF.
