Conflux completes v2.4.0 hard fork upgrade and activates CIP-1559

Odaily News Conflux announced on X that it has completed the Conflux v2.4.0 hard fork upgrade and activated CIP-1559. The network is currently stable and the latest network version is v2.4.0. CIP-136 will be enabled when the PoS Block Number reaches 1684080 (expected on August 13), and other CIPs will be enabled when the Block Number reaches 247480000 (expected on August 13).
