Odaily News Terra posted on the X platform that the Terra chain has resumed block production at around 12:19 (Beijing time) and the emergency chain upgrade has now been completed. Transactions are being processed and users can resume normal activities. Validators holding more than 67% of the voting rights on Terra have upgraded their nodes to prevent the vulnerability from happening again. More validators are expected to upgrade soon.
