Polymarket’s cumulative trading volume exceeded US$1 billion, accounting for nearly one-third in July

Odaily News P2 Ventures shared Dune data on X, showing that Polymarket's cumulative trading volume exceeded $1 billion, of which $325 million was traded in July, accounting for nearly one-third. In addition, its MAU (monthly active users) exceeded 38,000 so far in July, and the number of newly created accounts exceeded 50,000, both of which set a record high. Political events dominate the platform's user interest, with 9 of the top 10 betting pools related to politics, with the only exception being the Ethereum ETF. The 2024 U.S. presidential election event ranked first with $420 million in bets.
